In the event that you are unhappy with our service our complaints handling process is as follows.

You should contact us at support @ nsnoc.com with an outline of your complaint. The matter will be handled by our senior support staff. We aim to respond to you within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied that the matter has been handled or resolved to your satisfaction you should write to our Managing Director at our registered company address. We aim to respond to written correspondence within 7 working days.

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights and our services conform to the Distance selling regulations.
